As the weeks warm up day-by-day, and the summer months rapidly approach, the products I usually slap on my face become a little too heavy and need to be shaken up. This is my current everyday makeup that is light enough to see you through the summertime without the need to apply powder 24/7.

For my base I started off with my new favourite new foundation, NARS Sheer Glow in Mont Blanc for a light, dewy finish, blended into the skin with the Zoeva 102 Silk Finish brush. I then proceeded the sweep Rimmel’s classic Wake Me Up Concealer under my eye’s to cover up the dark circles, and a few blemishes that chose to make an appearance that week. On this particular day the weather was cool enough for me to survive with powder, but if I did need a quick blot, then it wouldn’t be anything other than Bourjois Healthy Balance. Time for the brows, and currently I’ve been using a combination of my all time favourite MAC Charcoal Brown and Maybelline Master Shape Eyebrow Pencil in Blonde.

As for bronzer – which I’m totally having a moment with – I swirled my Real Techniques Expert Face Brush into this gorgeous bronzer for a warm glow around my temples and cheeks. Moving onto eyes, I couldn’t give my beloved Too Faced Natural Eyes palette a miss, using two of my current favourites shades, Nudie and Silk Teddy, and blending them into my lid and crease. After giving my lashes a quick curl and a few lashing of Maybelline’s Lash Sensational mascara, all I needed was pop on my lippy. Going with the spring/summery feel of this makeup look, I thought a touch of coral would be quite fitting, and I couldn’t pass this lovely L’Oreal and Revlon combination.
