Boozy Bunny Marshmallow Shooter

You might’ve read in Sunday’s post that I nominated myself to be on cocktails and dessert duty this Easter long weekend and I thought I’d try my hand at creating an Easter themed shooter for our Good Friday festivities. I love a play on words and if getting a little sloshed (drunk) at Easter was a drink then my Boozy Bunny Marshmallow Shooter is it! This shooter consists of Vodka and Bailey’s Irish Cream with thickened cream and chocolate syrup topped with a warm, gooey, toasted marshmallow.


Grey Goose Vodka
Bailey’s Irish Cream
Thickened cream
Chocolate syrup


Swirl the chocolate syrup around the inside of your shooter and add one part Vodka to two parts Bailey’s and top with thickened cream – if needed, stir with a toothpick to help combine the chocolate syrup and thickened cream. Next, toast a marshmallow (or a few if you’re making more than one) on an open flame until slightly charred. Then shot the shooter followed by the toasted marshmallow!
